2. Following window will open .Fill all details and send request
Enter Contact person name
Enter Mobile no/ Ph. no
Enter Address
Click on Submit. Following message will display. Click on OK.

3. Step5: After sending request, a DCR will be created automatically(if all details are valid ). Now, FA Closing is allowed for that database.

4. Step6: Login into Package (i.e. capexsql)
Run check Database from Utilities Menu.

Click on Start to check the database
After database checking following message will display 6

6. Note: SQL engine must be closed during this operation
Step7: If Database Check Is Successful. Take Database Backup. For backup follow the following steps:
Double click on NSE1415.bat
Note: SQL engine must be closed during this operation

7. Create current year database folder in sql850 and copy nse1415
Create current year database folder in sql850 and copy nse1415.dbs and rename file To New Year Database Name (eg. NSE1415.DBS TO NSE1516.DBS).
Note-Please Make sure SQl Engine must be closed during this operation

8. Step08: Edit Sql. ini File In Sql850 Folder
Step08: Edit Sql.ini File In Sql850 Folder. To edit it, follow the following steps:
Find Block [dbnt1sv]Find dbname=nse1415,sqlws32 and put entry for
dbname =nse1516,sqlw32 (add this line in small alphabets)
Copy this sql.ini into cApexsql folder also.( means replace sql.ini in capexsql folder with this file)

9. Step09: Double Click on Dbnt1sv
Step09: Double Click on Dbnt1sv.exe from SQL850 Folder and new database i.e.NSE1516 will display

10. Step10: Run Closing option From Utilities>>Financial Year Closing.
A Following window will open
Enter current year database name .
Enter Closing password (metro). And click on start .

11. Note: This Process Will Take Time Depending on Database Size

12. Step11: Run sqlclient.exe to license New Year Database.
Choose database type (CApexsql), Enter New Year Database & Database ID and click on 'Get Activation', after successful message you can run your package.
Select database Restore/Fin closing
Select Product Type
Enter database name
Enter Installation Id given by license department
Click on Get Activation . Following message will display

13. Step12: Edit File Cofile. Dll In Program Folder i
Step12: Edit File Cofile.Dll In Program Folder i.e Folder Where cApexsql.exe Has Been Executed. Add New Line With New Year Entry: (eg. NSE1516 Financial year 01/04/15 To 31/03/16).

14. Now Double Click Capexsql.exe.
Select current year database.

15. Step13: Login into package by entering user id & password

16. Step14: Edit in Winback.bat
Replace NSE1415 with NSE1516

17. Replace All

18. Save as winback.bat as NSE1516.bat

19. Make shortcut of NSE1516 on desktop

20. Step15: Before taking backup, make sure SQL Engine Properly Shutdown
Close SQL engine.
Click on close
Following message must display after closing the SQL engine

21. Note: SQL engine must be closed during this operation.
Step16: Before Double Click on this please make sure logout from package
Double click on NSE1516.bat file to Take Backup
Note: SQL engine must be closed during this operation.

Step17: Double click on NSE1415.bat
Double click on NSE1415.bat file to Take Backup
Note: SQL engine must be closed during this operation
