2. Student exposure log NEATLY Enter the following information
Your name – last name, first
Your science period
Enter the name of the teacher you have for each period, periods 1,4,5,6 and 7
It is your responsibility to keep your log

3. “Exposure” exchanges
Each time you must exchange with someone near you.
First enter the bottle number and name of the person in your log.
Pour the ENTIRE contents of one bottle into the other.
Pour the ENTIRE contents back into the empty bottle
Pour half back into the empty bottle.
Each bottle should have about the same amount.

4. Taking the sample Remove 2 droppers of liquid to your sample cup.
Recap your bottle tightly
Dispose of the straw.
The outbreak Data Team will collect your samples
Replace your bottle in the box.
Place Exposure log back in your agenda!

5. Collect your bottle at the end of the period and take it to your next class.
At the end of period 1, you will take your bottle and sample cups to your 4th period room - before going to 2nd period
At the end of period 6, you will take your bottle to your 7th period room - before going to lunch

6. 7th period Exposure as before Take samples
Samples tested before your eyes!
Record who was infected
Bottles and exposure logs will be collected.
Any inappropriate behavior will earn you an entire week of luncheon dates in G710.
