Your application must go through two committees
Do your best to stay within the guidelines as outlined, so that there is minimal back and forth between you and the committees with regard to your applications Your application may require edits or be rejected

Tips Pay attention to requirements using past tense word limits
quantify - Eg. Must attend 80% meetings to be validated for this position Explain acronyms Choose a professor/UofT faculty you are comfortable with and is flexible to meet with Have 1-2 people write the submission

Tips The questions about the organization is based on the 2 positions you used in the application (Eg. If the position is elected/appointed). Do NOT copy paste the competencies from the framework, you must write down how each competency is achieved Make an appointment with me to review your submission Make sure everything applies to any person who could fill the position- do not add things that YOU did because you went the extra mile.
