Please provide all information accurately and precisely.
Wherever possible, include bullet points, diagrams, charts, documents and other descriptive data.
The Application should provide the accurate details of the senior officer of the organization (from amongst the MD, CEO, COO, CFO, Chairman, Directors, Partner, Trustee etc.) and the contact person. The IMC Digital Awards Cell will be sending you all communications on these ids and addresses.

Guidelines
A total of 6 awards will be given in this Category
Information Technology – Services (Large and SME)
Information Technology – Products (Large and SME)
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) (Large and SME)
SME - Revenue up to INR 500 Crores
Large Enterprises – Revenue above INR 500 Crores 
Submission of Application does not guarantee an award. Final decision would be entirely based on the judgment of Jury members.
If you have to rectify the application after submission, you will have to submit a new application requesting to cancel the previous one.
Categories may be realigned or reconsolidated with the mutual consent of IMC and Jury Members.

By making this application, I/we, grant requisite license/permission to IMC to announce, display, project the applicant/awardee and the product and/or service, as the case may be, and take all steps considered appropriate by IMC, in their sole discretion.
I/We confirm that the decision of Jury/IMC shall be final and binding in this regard.

8. IMC Digital Technology Awards 2017
Note
Receipt of entries after the specified last date may be permitted only at the discretion of the Awards Committee.
Awards Committee will not be responsible for applications that are lost in transit / received late.
If Applicant desires to send the entry in hard copy, that should be submitted to IMC’s Office at Churchgate, Mumbai in an envelope marked “ IMC Digital Technology Awards 2017”.
The Application needs to be completed and signed by senior officer of the organization (from amongst the MD, CEO, COO, CFO, Chairman, Directors, Partner, Trustee etc.)
Incomplete Application received through any mode will disqualify the Applicant from participating in the Awards.
Disqualification of entries received is at the sole discretion of Jury Members and Awards Management, on a case by case basis.
