Design Development Phase Phase THREE of the contract including these itemized tasks. Research Researching components and systems that may be employed in the final design documentation, confirming application and integration with other components and systems to be used. Verification Verifying the design intent with the Facilities Program, applicable building code authorities having jurisdiction and other standards or criteria required to meet government and/or funding agencies. Implementation Developing the base documentation for the final construction documents and specifications as required by the design. The bulk of this work will be carried to fruition in the Construction Documentation phase.

Comprised mostly of FSC wood pulp and fly ash, these products divert waste from landfills and put it to practical use. 90% of all materials used in manufacturing process are sourced within 200 miles of the facility. 95% of the water used in making our products is recaptured, processed and used again. 100% of our pre-cured fiber cement scrap is reused.
