For example: on a pull test they will be tested online to determine if they can identify the failure mode in a variety of photos. The will be video evaluated on their ability to perform a pull test, from identifying the location, coring, pulling, and reporting.
The videos will be reviewed against set criteria by ICRI SME’s.
