Manual I have designed an electronic Alabama Uniform Traffic Crash Report. In order to access the form all officers must log in. If you do not have a user id or password you must create one using the registration page. This feature will make it easier for officers to access and amend old reports. After you have created a user id and password you will be given a list of all of the old Crash Reports you have filled out. If you are interested in creating a new Crash Report you can click on the link at the bottom of the page. The electronic Alabama Uniform Traffic Crash Report is the same as the form that each officer fills out by hand. This electronic report is an attempt to make filling out the firm user friendly and convenient.
