1 To Begin… Referring to your note or previous journal entries from our new unit on Imperialism Ask two questions about what we have talked about so far. These questions should be curiosities that you have or are wondering about. (don’t create factoid / trivia questions)

2 Now rotate… Leaving you journal where it is and taking your pen/pencil with you, rotate counter clockwise. Make your best attempt to address, answer or comment on the one of the unanswered questions in the journal where you find your self. Repeat one more time.

3 Last… Find a completely new pod and a journal to begin reading.
Explain which of the three guiding Unit Questions these two original questions would fall under.

4 Inquiry is a dynamic process of being open to wonder and puzzlement and coming to know and understand the world. As such, it is a stance that pervades all aspects of life and is essential to the way in which knowledge is created.
