2 Our Current Cohort 1077 children with consents for NICHD data
995 children have completed at least a mini-visit short questionnaire with mother reported information weight, height, disease history (i.e., ADHD, asthma …) 788 of these children have completed in person visit physical measurements – anthropometry, blood pressure, bioimpedance, peak flow NIH Tool Box for executive functioning (inhibitory control, sustained attention and working memory) CBCL (child behavior checklist ) and SCQ (autism) biologic samples – urine, hair (some), toenail (some)

Prevalence of ever Autism/Asperger's Disorder/Pervasive Developmental Disorder 22/987 = 2.2% Prevalence of ever Attention Deficit Disorder or Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADD/ADHD) or Hyperactive Disorder 54/992 = 5.4% Prevalence of ever asthma 126/972 = 13.0%

793 completed visits of any type (48.8%). 639 in person visits (41.1%). Total number of participants across all 5 sites is 1555. Deactivations & refusals 135 (8.7%) -- CU, 14; CCHS, 55; MUSC, 20; NW, 21; UAB, 25 627 people remain to be engaged
