Put all of your notes away. Separate your desks.

Place a beside each correct answer. Place an beside each incorrect answer and correct your partner’s work.

5 Snowball - Essay Writing
Move your desks into groups of four. Your group will have ONE MINUTE to record EVERYTHING you know about essay writing!

6 Snowball - Essay Writing
Crumple up your paper and throw it as a snowball to another group. Retrieve a snowball. Read the other group’s list.

7 Snowball - Essay Writing
Add EVERYTHING your group already knows about essay writing. Cross out anything that does not belong. Repeat X6-8

8 Debrief Let’s summarize everything you know about essay writing and clear up any misconceptions.
