Sitting for prolonged periods of time can lead to serious health issues: Increased risk of obesity High blood pressure High blood sugar Abnormal cholesterol levels These risk factors can lead to: Heart disease Cancer Diabetes

Forearm Stretch: With right are straight pull fingers back towards body, switch hands after 20 seconds.
