1 Amendment I, Establishment Clause and Free Exercise Clause
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof” Amendment I, Establishment Clause and Free Exercise Clause

2 Article I, Section 8 - Necessary and Proper Clause
“The Congress shall have Power ... To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution...all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States”.

3 Article IV, Section 1 - Full Faith and Credit Clause
Full faith and credit shall be given in each state to the public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of every other state.

4 Article V - Amendment Process
“The Congress, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution, or, on the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of three fourths of the states.”

5 Article VI - Supremacy Clause
“This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land”
