(A) The NET1A actin-binding domain, expressed as a GFP fusion, decorates the actin network in a Nicotiana benthamiana epidermal cell. (B) The fusion protein (green) labels longitudinal actin cables in immature A. thaliana stele tissue and is enriched at the short end walls.
