Mississippi Valley Division
Memphis District HQ Mississippi Valley Division St. Louis District Rock Island District St. Paul District Vicksburg District New Orleans District For those in the audience not familiar with the relationship of the Districts that make up the Mississippi Valley Division, let me just review where we are situated. We are located in the Lower Valley. Because of this, essentially all of the Mississippi River flows come past our District, which explains our major mission of flood control. Our navigation mission is apparent with the Big River running through the heart of our District.
