A specific location at critical moments when human history was transformed as a result Connection between regions & people in Afro- Eurasia during the Medieval period. Connections between cultures with shared norms and practices.

Tolerance Where people of various cultures and backgrounds would interact with one another Use and expansion of ideas, practices Spread of Ideas
