System boundary defines its scope of activities
It delineates an area of responsibility
Subsystems:
A system can have numerous subsystems.
Each of which has elements, interactions and objectives.
In business system, various functions are subsystems.

6. System Concepts Inputs and outputs
A system or subsystem are organized to produce outputs from inputs with some value or utility.
Example: A training program should produce trained employees with certain skills, knowledge, or behavior from its inputs—untrained employees.
