2. OPEN TOP COOKING KETTLE
Steam jacketed, round bottom 4mm thickness, tilting, Open Top Cooking Kettle for cooking jam, soups, beans, others with a slow agitator (about 30 rpm)
- Made from stainless steel AISI 316 from the inside and attached to the agitator is scraper made out of Teflon.
- Capacity of the kettle is about 125 liters.
- All internal welding shall be ground, smoothed and polished.
- External part and steam jacket are of stainless steel AISI 304.
- The construction of the unit shall be designed in a way to allow the agitator arm to be pivoted and the possibility of interchanging agitator types for a different application.
- The unit shall be equipped with a stainless steel wheel as a mechanical tilting device, which can securely allow the kettle to empty its content.
- The kettle should be able to withstand steam testing up to 5 bars pressure and operate up to 3 bars.
- All required accessories for steam and temperature controls, inlet and outlet valves, should be provided with the unit.
- A stainless steel panel should be provided with the unit containing all necessary electrical controls and displays.
- Installed power 0,75 Kw
- Steam consumption: : 60 Kg/H
