Two areas for consideration
Review NE or suboptimal outcome cases Was it potentially avoidable ? Was resuscitation adequate ? Adequately recognise compromised baby ? Was Apgar score done properly Cord gases collected Was appropriate postnatal treatment given? Investigation, counseling family Appropriate observation after birth
