Objective: after long time using, the water conduit of the water processing system of Bundang power plant has been corroded and producing SCALE from the inside. This project is to implement anti-corrosion treatment and regular inspection to ensure the soundness and reliability of the water conduit.
Inspection method
Point 4 locations in the water conduit that has mounted anti-corrosion devices, and check the soundness in the term of one year (four months before and after mounting as a circle, 4 times in total)

The inspection result of the inspection hole of Clarifier Transfer Pump Discharge Header is the same with the pictures above. Compared with Dec, 2008, the raised SCALE has almost disappeared, and the SCALE of Clarifier Inlet and Discharge Inlet is partial less.
- Like the first time, take a 200*100mm sample from Clarifier Header Inlet Line, cut and dry it, and then check the corrosion result of SCALE (check ½ of the sample). First time, 24.18g, second time for 15.83g, 35% reduced.

After Scalewatcher is mounted, the turbidity of the fluid and the concentration of the suspension solid in the conduit increased by 9 times. Through the separation of ferric oxide, ferrum content is increased.
