The Goal As you watch the movie clips, respond to the following questions. The goal is to see if you can integrate strategic management concepts as you make sense of what you see in the movie. The story is fictitious, of course, but there are many features of it that legitimately illustrate real world experiences in business. We will discuss your observations.
