UNITY, FELLOWSHIP, POWER
Three descriptors of Church Community: UNITY, FELLOWSHIP, POWER

UNITY we are together we are aligned we are in agreement in faith and purpose

to be of one mind, one passion something done "unanimously"
UNITY "one accord" to be of one mind, one passion something done "unanimously"

UNITY Acts 1:14 These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with His brothers.

UNITY Acts 2:1 When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.

UNITY Acts 2:46 So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart,

UNITY Acts 4:24 So when they heard that, they raised their voice to God with one accord and said: "Lord, You are God, who made heaven and earth and the sea, and all that is in them,

UNITY Acts 5:12 And through the hands of the apostles many signs and wonders were done among the people. And they were all with one accord in Solomon's Porch.

UNITY 1 Corinthians 1:10 Now I plead with you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.

UNITY Ephesians 4:1-3 1 I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called, 2 with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love, 3 endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

UNITY Romans 16:17-18 17 Now I urge you, brethren, note those who cause divisions and offenses, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and avoid them. 18 For those who are such do not serve our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly, and by smooth words and flattering speech deceive the hearts of the simple.

Gossip, slander, evil-speaking, rebellion, dishonor,
UNITY Seeds of discord: Gossip, slander, evil-speaking, rebellion, dishonor, self-seeking, selfish interests

sharing, having things in common,
FELLOWSHIP Fellowship, 'koinonia' sharing, having things in common, involves partnership

FELLOWSHIP Acts 2:42-47 42 And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers. 43 Then fear came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were done through the apostles.

FELLOWSHIP Acts 2:42-47 44 Now all who believed were together, and had all things in common, 45 and sold their possessions and goods, and divided them among all, as anyone had need.

FELLOWSHIP Acts 2:42-47 46 So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, 47 praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved.

FELLOWSHIP Acts 4:32 Now the multitude of those who believed were of one heart and one soul; neither did anyone say that any of the things he possessed was his own, but they had all things in common (Greek 'koinos').

FELLOWSHIP #1, Life Groups #2, Serving at church #3, Caring for one another

FELLOWSHIP Philemon 1:6 that the sharing ('koinonia' = fellowship) of your faith may become effective by the acknowledgment of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.

POWER Acts 4:32-33 32 Now the multitude of those who believed were of one heart and one soul; neither did anyone say that any of the things he possessed was his own, but they had all things in common. 33 And with great power the apostles gave witness to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And great grace was upon them all.

POWER Acts 5:12-16 12 And through the hands of the apostles many signs and wonders were done among the people. And they were all with one accord in Solomon's Porch. 13 Yet none of the rest dared join them, but the people esteemed them highly.

POWER Acts 5:12-16 13 Yet none of the rest dared join them, but the people esteemed them highly. 14 And believers were increasingly added to the Lord, multitudes of both men and women,

POWER Acts 5:12-16 15 so that they brought the sick out into the streets and laid them on beds and couches, that at least the shadow of Peter passing by might fall on some of them.
