5. “UPDATE”
The M.P.D.O should first Update his details in his login by clicking on “Update Contact Details”.
After filling on the details, Click on the Update Button to update the details.

6. Click on “ To be approved by MPDO” button on the screen to
approve/reject the applications.

7. After clicking on the button, The pending applications appear on the screen with Approve/Reject besides the application.

8. Field level approved check list

Clicking on the approve/reject, the above screen appears with details of the person .
Field verified checklist appears on the right side of the screen and the details entered by P.S. in his login appears on the left side

9. If M.P.D.O finds the checklist matched with the physical check list ,he clicks on “YES” and mentions the reasons and clicks on “Forward to Social Welfare D.D”.
M.P.D.O digitally approves the application using D.S.K(Digital Signature Key) by clicking on Forward to Social welfare D.D.

10. If the check list is not matched , MPDO clicks on “NO” , mentions the remarks and clicks on “Re-upload checklist”.
If he wants to reject the application , he clicks on “No”, mentions the reason in the text box and clicks on “Reject” button.

11. If M.P.D.O wants to share the user_id to any Mandal/Panchayat, he should click on “Users List” in his login. He will get the details as in the above screen.

12. P.S. –Panchayat Secretary B.C. – Bill Collector
To Reset the password, click on Reset password on the Home page. The above screen appears.
Select the Panchayat Name in the drill down and the user-id, Mobile number appears automatically.
Click on “Reset Password” and the password will be sent to the mobile number of P.S./B.C.
