6 Scorecard Framework and Sub Attributes
The Supplier Scorecard has five major Categories assigned weights: Quality – 25% Delivery – 25% Value – 25% Engineering Support – 15% Service – 10% Score Range Superior – 5 Excellent – 4 Acceptable – 3 Marginal – 2 Unacceptable - 1 Each category is further divided into sub categories with specific weight factors, which are used to determine the overall score: Quality – 25% DOA – 30% OBA – 35% XCARs – 35% Delivery & Responsiveness – 25% On Time Delivery – 75% PO Cycle Time – 25% Value – 25% Cost Reduction – 80% Payment Term – 20% Engineering Support – 15% Design Expertise – 20% Test and Evaluation – 40% Innovation and Technology – 15% Design Schedules – 25% Service – 10% Management Relationship – 55% RMA – 45% We will add/change/rearrange Categories, Criteria and weighting as we assess the scorecard continuously.
