What does KID’s on MISSION mean?

We are on a mission because we are baptised in Jesus’ name.
Our baptism urges us to share Jesus with others; to be Jesus’ eyes, hands and feet everyday.

Intercessory prayer Let us pray.. Teacher: Jesus calls us to share his love with others. As we celebrate World Mission Sunday 2014, let us gather together all our prayers as we ask for God’s blessing that, through our us, Jesus may be know to all the world.

Intercessory prayer Reader 1: Let us pray for our Pope, Francis, and for all missionaries who give their lives to tell the story of Jesus to the world, let us pray to the Lord. Reader 2: For the leaders of our country, that they may be committed to justice for all peoples and dedicated to building a peaceful world, let us pray to the Lord.
