A Note from the Teacher…
Yearbooks: Yearbooks are on sale now- They cost $35 until the end of the first semester. After that they are $45.
Snacks: Snacks are a welcome any day. Please send enough for 26 students once a month.
Activity: Please send tennis shoes with your child to wear on the days your child has P.E. They may be asked to sit out if they do not have appropriate shoes on for the activity they are doing that day.

OUR LEARNING GOALS
Reading: We will be reading “Thunder Cake” . Our focus skills will be compare and contrast, sequence of events and determining the main idea.
Language Arts: We will learn about simple, compound and complex sentences
Math: We will review double digit addition with regrouping.
Science:We will learn about rocks and minerals as time permits.
