2. Prepare You need two files, they can be found at :-
\\ \utilities\OpenOffice
file name is :
docx-converter.wdgt.zip
FileFormatConverters.exe
Copy above two files to your desktop

4. Open OpenOffice
(Better to upgrade the OpenOffice to the latest version)
(PS: you can find latest version from :- “\\ \utilities\OpenOffice\OpenOffice.org 3.3 (en-US) Installation Files”)

5. From the Menu select “Tools” → “Extension Manager”
