3. Things to note, and never ever forget
I like the room to be cold… like my soul.
Bring a sweater.

4. TITAN BLASTERS You will have a Titan Blaster every day
There will be a TB check after 10 TBs- it is a test grade (it should be the easiest test grade you have)

5. DO RIGHT, Y’ALL
I have a behavior log- I don’t always tell you when I notice misbehavior. I like to be sneaky and lull you into a false sense of security

6. Always give me back my stuff… please
There is no supply fairy. The supply fairy is me and I am more of an irritable ogre.

7. Electronic Devices
Your laptops should last you throughout the day if you only use it for what you are supposed to use it for. DO not charge a Macbook or phone without permission
If you need to know the time, get a watch. That’s what I have to do and I’m grown.
When you leave, leave your phone with me please- or show me that you are not taking it with you- you will not be allowed to use the restroom otherwise.
If I cannot trust you, then I reserve the right to give you a certain number of bathroom passes and/or deny you the privilege of using the restroom during instructional time (this falls under my be respectful rule)

10. YOU NEED TO LEARN WORDS. SO YOU CAN PUT THEM IN SENTENCES

You will be doing lots of writing- lots and lots of writing- complaining, sighing, moaning, writing to POTUS, offering a sibling as a human sacrifice, etc. will not change this fact

11. I can cheat, right?
Yes, you can. However, there will be consequences. Cheating and/or plagiarism are AUTOMATIC ZEROS.
This includes any and all assignments. Rinse and repeat that in your mind. There are no arguments for recycling someone else’s work.
Cheating will also result in disciplinary action- the consequence depends on what step you are on in the disciplinary program

12. Cheating includes, but is not limited to:
Receiving help when it is not allowed (in class or out of class)
Allowing someone to copy your work (this applies to all of your classes- if I see it, I will take and give it to the teacher)
Coping the work of others with or without their permission (again, this applies for any and all of your classes)
Hand gestures, written notes and/or noises to communicate the answers
Telling students in other classes what will be on the test (this includes via social media)

13. Plagiarism consists of copying someone else’s work, with or without his/her consent and includes:
“copying and pasting” information without citing it PROPERLY
Stealing someone else’s idea and claiming it as your own
Quoting someone improperly or without proper identification or failing to cite
Calling someone else’s work your own
Googling topics for papers or assignments- we will do activities to help you with finding topics

15. I will not and I refuse to track you down for missing work- no professors in college will do that and that is NOT the life I’m about
