1. Gateway page for ADULTS (teachers, parents, mentors – whoever is facilitating one or more students’ fair participation)
Students, teachers, judges and volunteers all start their registration with a click at Registration on the upper nav bar. You will select “Teacher” because that is the way STEM Wizard labels this field, but parents, teachers, mentors, youth leaders or any adult opens registration for the student(s) by signing up here.
The students cannot start their registration until an adult has created this gateway with his/her registration.

2. Adult Registration
Clicking on the “teacher” line that opens when you click “Registration” on the upper nav bar brings you here.
For this page, you will enter your name, , password and phone.
Then you will select your school or organization.
Enter the school name in “other” if yours is not on the list, or you are actually affiliated with another organization such as 4-H and need to list that.
Your school/organization , phone, address, plus your principal or supervisor and his/her contact info are the final pieces.
By registering, you can access your students’ registrations to make corrections, etc.

3. Acknowledgement That was simple!
Once the fair authorizes your data, your student(s) will find you on the list.
For the msg under the “thank you,” is the following too much, or does it cover the bases we need?
Thank you for opening the door for young people to participate in the Terra Rochester Finger Lakes Science and Engineering Fair. You are the most important person on the team making sure our students succeed in coming in March to the TRFSEF for a great fair experience and a truly amazing STEM Day!
The Fair’s STEM Wizard administrator will process and approve your registration as soon as possible.
Once you receive the confirmation, your account is active and your students can start their registration! (If you do not receive that confirmation within five days, contact XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX directly so we can trace your submission.)
