5 Tertiary Services (on a Lancashire or NW basis)
North Lancashire - Integrated Service Model Services are based around neighbourhoods with Schools and Children’s Centres at the heart encompassing a range of Universal Children Services, including Community, Primary and Social Care supporting that neighbourhood to build self sufficiency. There may also be an element of targeting of services (Progressive Universalism) demonstrated by the different sized circles based on need. Tier 4 eg NICU CAMHS Inpatient beds Tertiary Services (on a Lancashire or NW basis) Tier 3 – Specialist Services – Children Comm Nursing / CAMHS North Lancashire wide (in some cases wider) Tier 2 – Targeted Services eg OT / Physio Localities Localities Neighbour- hoods Neighbour- hoods Neighbour- hoods Neighbour- hoods Tier 1/2 - Children’s Centres, Schools, Universal Health
