The CAF survey Headlines part II: CAF in practice (2) Major benefits: awareness of the need to share information, identification of strengths and areas of improvement and action to undertake Improvement actions as a result : 87% (62 % in 2003) Intention of using CAF again: 95% (82 % in 2003) Changes in the SA: more data collection, stronger involvement of employees Discovery of strengths: 67% Prepare to include good practices in CAF data base of EIPA : 68%
