Examine aptitudes for teaching.
Examine learner needs and development, including students with exceptionalities.
Examine the history, trends, and governance of education.
English/language arts, social studies, mathematics, science, technology, and interpersonal relationships are reinforced.
TEACHING AS A PROFESSION 2
Embedded internship experience with a cooperating teacher as they design, deliver, and reflect on their instruction.
Students also investigate certification, employment, ethics, and professionalism in education.
