2. In a few weeks, President Obama will introduce his budget to Congress. If you were his Director of Management and Budget (OMB), what budget would you propose he give to Congress? Where should money be spent and where should it be cut? Should the country continue to increase our deficit or should we cut programs to pay down our deficit?
