Implicit learning expands on explicit learning and teaches students healthy life skills as well as creates greater understanding of content knowledge.

4 Benefits to physical education

Brain Health Increases circulation, oxygen, and glucose to brain Growth of brain cells Social Skills Breaking formal atmosphere Teaches trust, self-esteem and confidence, teamwork, and responsibility. Perceptual-Motor Skills Active lifestyle choices Creativity “noncompetitive, success-oriented creative experiences. Love for Learning Enjoying the learning process helps with needs now and in the future.

10 Love of learning Our goal needs to develop and sustain a child’s love for learning that will continue even after school. Without having fun, learning becomes a task. However, when we create a joyful learning environment their improvement is greatly accelerated.
