In spite of frailty and proneness to err, with God's help Peter over came these sins and weaknesses and was faithful in his service for the Lord
Peter recognized his sins when they were pointed out to him and turned back to God in obedience and humility
Not just exploiting faults of Peter, but so we can take courage from him in correcting our own mistakes
If God could use Peter, then he can use you, if you will have the attitude that Peter had when you are made aware of your sins
