This template accommodates 4 extra-oral images (frontal, frontal smile, profile, & profile smile). If you don’t have a smiling profile shot (good for evaluating incisor angulation), just leave one blank.
Crop photos in photoshop at 3.4” wide by 2.4” tall with at least 200ppi [pixels per inch] resolution. Rotate the extraoral photos and flip the intraoral mirror shots (NOT the intraoral frontal view)
Use the guide lines (turn on in the “view” menu) to align your pictures. Try to get the extraoral eye levels all the same and the intraoral occlusal plane on the same line. You can move the reference
lines as needed.
