5 This first school is the Ospedallicchio Primary school
This first school is the Ospedallicchio Primary school. This school runs a full time schedule from 8.05 a.m. to 4.05 in the afternoon. The school is closed on Saturdays. In this school building there are 6 classrooms, a computer room, a school library and a multipurpose room where extra curricula activities can be carried out. It also has a gym and two cafeterias. There is a lot of space outside where the children, together with their teachers can explore and experience new things. They have built a vegetable garden and an animals’ cage too. Right now there are about 14 teachers working at this school.

7 This second school is called Madonna di Campagna
This second school is called Madonna di Campagna. Campagna in Italian means “countryside” and that’s really where this school is located: with green grass, trees and in the open air. Around 11 teachers work here . Like the school in Ospedallicchio, this school runs a full time schedule and is closed on Saturdays. This year teachers have planned to build a vegetable garden with their pupils. This school has 5 classrooms ( first grade through 5th grade), one computer room 2 cafeterias, a gym and a multipurpose room for different activities.

On this slide you can see our school named XXV Aprile. It’s located on the top floor of this building. This school ( like the remaining schools that you are going to visit) runs from 8.05 in the morning and classes end at 1.05 p.m. Children go to school from Mondays through Saturdays. It has 5 classrooms, a computer lab, a classroom gym and a library.

10 Umberto Fifi primary school

11 It’s one of the six school of our district.
It’s name is “Umberto Fifi”. It’s a big school. Inside there are 157 pupils from six to eleven divided in eight classes: two I, two II, one III, two IV and one V. It, in a few time, will become bigger than now because it under costruction.

14 This is the biggest school as per number of pupils in our school district: It’s named after an extraordinary educator and priest who helped homeless children to look for work and to strive for better living conditions and created “homes” for them. Here are a few pictures of the teachers who work there ( only 3rd-4th and 5th grade teachers). This schools is on two floors; it has 15 classrooms, a large computer room, a gym, a school library, and a faculty room. The School Office is located in this building and our Headmaster has his office here too.
