1.we want the result to go in d2 so select d2 hourly rate cell
we are going to look up the job title in column b in the positions table then exactly match it to the job title
2.use v look up then exactly match it using 0 or false as in previous look ups
3. then we are going to use a nested vlook up to match the department to the years worked and the hourly rate that matches this
