Contractor Issues Need to know what language is in their contracts The contractor needs to supply their own portable radio

Data systems to be under the umbrella of the Computer Technical Specialist (Plans) ALL telecommunications orders on approved 213s THROUGH Communications (cellular, satellite, phone lines)

Solutions Send out new RACAL portables to interested COML on a trial basis Get contract language from Contracting Officer Assist NIFC on promoting RADO 1 RADO 2 qualification system Have ALL COMM personnel line qualified Assist NIFC in placing BAR CODE SYSTEM in place
