FOCAL POINTS Home support is separate from housing and that additional services/supports that are not included in the Program Participation Points are subject to corresponding fees

3. Financial requirements for OLFI Regular Members (Service- Providers):
A one-time membership fee in the amount of P 90, shall be required from Regular Members. This entitles the member to lifetime membership to OLFI.

4. To ensure active and regular participation in OneLife’s community programs, a Community Fee is charged for each member. The Community Fee is broken down as follows: 1. Program Participation which entitles the member to participate in monthly community meals. The amount is P3,000.00/annum. 2. MBH UpKeep Fee – this is used to pay MBH utilities and for maintenance. The amount is P4,800.00/annum. The Community fee amounts to P /monthly.

5. E. Seniority in Housing Queue –
an OLFI Regular Member does not have to be interested in co-owning a housing unit, however, he shall have the right of seniority in the queuing for housing once he has completed the payment.
Interested renters will also come from this queuing list.
