What they are OECD has found is that
School Evaluation is expanding and becoming more diverse
Most OECD countries now see evaluation and assessment as playing a central strategic role and are also taking a more comprehensive approach:
Formerly, evaluation and assessment focused mainly on student assessment,
now much broader
Greater focus on appraisal of teachers and leaders
expanded use of performance data.
greater use of external school evaluation,
If this is to happen we need to get all of these things properly joined up
