Previously seen as forcing new projects on Schools without a clear rationale or strategic links Students as Partners not previously embedded in change approaches Often full evaluations & impact measured missed Mixed buy-in from staff and students in culture change and change management Previously reinventing the wheel rather than using lessons learnt

Identify & Initiate Activity 1 Look at the scenario provided Read, analyse and identify your project Write one sentence that captures what project you would like to implement 10mins

Implement Activity 2 Using the project brief provided, outline all elements of your project for implementation 10mins

Evaluate Activity 3 Look at the evaluation data provided Do you know if you have met your objectives and realised your benefits? How will you report on these evaluations, provide recommendations and close the feedback loop with staff and students? 10mins
