11 Our Multiple Intelligences
Multiple Intelligences is a theory about Human Intelligence developed by Howard Gardner. It theorizes that while we all learn a number of different ways we tend to have strengths. Knowing these strengths can be incredibly helpful to our own individual learning processes.

12 Our True Colours True Colors is a personality profiling system created by Don Lowry in 1978.[It was originally created to categorize four basic learning styles using the colors blue, orange, gold and green to identify the strengths and challenges of these core personality types. According to this personality temperament theory, everyone's personality consists of a combination of all four colors, with the dominant two colors representing the core of a person's personality temperament.

13 Our Personality - Myers Briggs
The Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is an introspective self- report questionnaire claiming to indicate psychological preferences in how people perceive the world around them and make decisions. The MBTI was constructed by Katharine Cook Briggs and her daughter Isabel Briggs Myers. It is based on the typological theory proposed by Carl Jung, who had speculated that there are four principal psychological functions by which humans experience the world – sensation, intuition, feeling, and thinking – and that one of these four functions is dominant for a person most of the time.

14 Our Core Values Core values are governing principles that help you make rational decisions consistently in your daily life. When we stick by our core values we tend to make decisions that our beneficial to us and we tend to be happier. Core values is start with the defining of your identity; including your strengths, weaknesses, preferences and long-term ambitions and then lead you to what our deemed your core values.
