For first 57 modules produced at UCSB, there was a slight misunderstanding of bonding rules
Bonded isolated Bad CAC channel that were not also marked as a bad IDIEL channel
23 of 57 modules had at least one such channel
42 channels total
Plucking channels would result in a few more Grade B modules
Not a large concern

2. Testing Results on Isolated Bad CAC Strips
100 Hz measured (in pF) at QTC
All modules have been fully tested with ARCS and LT system
Both pulsed and continuous LED tests taken
ALL of the 42 strips had regular test results (passed)
No problem seen with these channels
Yes, that’s negative capacitance!!!
