3 Project Management Approach?
Our approach to ensuring effective service delivery underpinned by robust Programme and Project Management is built on nationally recognised methodologies and a phased approach: Engagement Phase: Engage with Customer and Key Stakeholders to agree and define Project Scope, Objectives and key Deliverables. Planning Phase: Establish the Scope of the Project and define the course of action required to meet the objectives and deliver the project. Delivery Phase: Complete the work as defined in the Project plan. Track, review and Regulate the Progress and Performance of the Project. Identify corrective actions if required. Closure Phase: Finalise all activities and actions to formally close the project . Our high level plan and programme phases (Right) provides an outline of our approach. For each programme of work we review the requirement with the customer and revise the plan to ensure this is tailored to their needs and the needs of the overall programme. Next Steps NECS have developed a suite of project reporting tools and templates that are easily accessible for all team members and can be tailored to meet the needs of the customer. Next steps will include producing guidance documents for each phase and document. We also plan to regularly audit programmes/projects to ensure consistency across all programmes of consultancies work.
