3. [Checking In] Introduction
Once a Solo session has been started, Checking-in allows you to indicate to your Organisation that you’re safe and well via a single tap

4. [Checking In] Active Session Screen
Depending on the profile selected when beginning the session, you may be required to check-in at set intervals
If this is the case, after beginning a session, the following will be displayed:
a countdown timer indicating the amount of time remaining until the next check-in time
the time of the next required check-in
the number of check-ins expected during the session, represented by small dots across the screen

5. [Checking In] Check-in Push Notification
Once the first check-in time is reached, you will be prompted to check-in via a push notification to your device

6. [Checking In] Checking In
To check in, simply tap the countdown timer if the app is open, or select Check In via the push notification received on your device
The check-in timer will now reset, a green check-in indicator will be displayed, and the Countdown timer will commence its countdown to the next preset check-in

7. [Checking In] Missing a Check-in
If you do not check-in within a grace period determined by your Organisation, a Missed Check-in alert will be automatically raised, and your Organisation will be prompted to investigate as this may indicate that your safety has been compromised

8. [Checking In] Acknowledgement
You may receive an acknowledgement from your Organisation to indicate that your Alert has been seen and is being attended to.

9. [Checking In] Alert Screen
If the app is open, you will see:
A timer, which shows the time that has passed since the check-in grace period was exceeded
A ‘Call’ button, which will place a phone call to a predefined number via your device’s phone app
An ‘End Alert’ function which will cancel the Alert

10. [Checking In] Ending a Missed Check-in
Tap the End icon to cancel the alert and begin the countdown to the next required Check-in once the situation has been resolved
The End Alert confirmation will display. Tap End Alert once more to confirm

11. [Checking In] Elective Check-ins
In addition to any required check-ins, you may elect to check-in at any time. From the current session screen, simply tap the check-in countdown area
This will result in a ‘Check-in successful’ message displaying,
The check-in timer resetting and commencing its countdown to the next preset check-in, and a new green check-in indicator appearing
