Food Banks & Shelters Food banks & Shelters distribute the vast majority of food Cash strapped organizations tend to put quantity over quality Food donations are great but they only do so much Food is distributed in quantity to feed the most people Most purchase food they distribute How many people can you feed off one bushel of tomatoes? Difficult to make lots of variety due to limited resources
