3. Register for market participants
DERA shall establish a national register for all market participants on the wholesale markets in Denmark
ACER will establish a European register based on the national registers.

4. Cooperation between regulators and exchanges
“Organised markets” (e.g. exchanges) has a duty to inform NRA’s if they have a reasoned suspicion that a transaction is market abuse
And at the same time maintain effective procedures to identify market abuse
