3. Recruitment System (Taleo) (1)
Alongside the implementation of an integrated HR and Payroll system, the EA One Project has responsibility for the delivery of a dedicated online recruitment module, called TALEO. While initially implemented as a standalone system, Taleo will ultimately integrate into the core Oracle system. This system will change how you recruit as an employer and how candidates will apply for jobs

The introduction of this new system is one element of a wider transformation of the EA recruitment function.
Proposed implementation dates:
EA Corporate April 2019
Schools Autumn 2019/early 2020
