1 Select ‘Staff Home Page’.
Select ‘View/update course StARs’.

2 Select ‘Assign student’.

3 Enter a forename & surname
then select ‘Search’. Alternatively, enter a student number and then select ‘Search’.

4 A list of matching students will be shown
A list of matching students will be shown. Tick the appropriate box to select the correct student.

5 Select a year to assign to
Select a year to assign to. This will default to the year view from the first step. Select a course to assign to. The buttons below can be used to select or unselect all courses. Select a level to assign to. Once the correct details have been chosen, select ‘Assign’.

6 In this example the selected student was assigned to all sample courses at level 4.

7 Click header to email all
StARs for a course. Click a student name to that student. Select ‘Remove student’ to remove a student. Repeat steps to assign more students to different combinations of courses/levels.
