Registration and accommodation fees will be paid in TL and the sponsorship fees will be paid in EURO.
VAT is included to registration & accommadation fees
3 nights accommodations include all inclusive service and check-in on April 25th and check-out April 28st, 2019.
The 5-night package option is the April 23 checkin, April 28 checkout.
Hotels work with all inclusive system. Since the hotel has a limited number of rooms, TUSAF has the right to remove the option at any time.
To accommodation packages, airport-hotel-airport transfers are included for 23 April, 25 April and 28 April.
To the «only registration fee»; congress and exhibition, cocktail, gala dinner and congress bag is included. There will b e no badges given to the second person in family discounted fees.
Firms which has discounted stand sponsorships will benefit limitedly. Promotional companies with limited prices will benefit from limited prices.
Serenas Tourism reserves the right to reflect the change in the amounts of taxes, duties and imposts that may arise.
Persons who do not receive accommodation through the Organization Secretariat must select the option of non-accommodation. During the congress, they will be able to benefit from the hotel concept from 09:00 to 18:00. Participants who do not pay this amount will not be able to enter the congress center.
Cancelation requests must be done in written. The repayments of the cancellations approved by TUSAF will be made at the end of the organization.
